Here is a look at the artwork for the 4 1/2" stickers I'll be selling at APE this April. I decided to create new art for it since it was going have to be screen printed. Screen printers has a difficult time with shading. This is because to print tone, they need to use a halftone screen. But the dot size on these screens is fairly large by print standards and so it is almost impossible to get smooth shading from them. This would ruin the clean look I try to get with my art. So instead of trying to modify an existing piece, I thought it was easier just to come up with a brand new design that was done in just Black and White.
