The Catholic church has come out this year and said that condoms don't prevent AIDS because the virus is too small to be stopped by the latex. What science they are basing this little fact on? I have no clue. I guess you have to keep in mind, these are the guys that only took 400 years yo admit that Galileo was right and that the Sun doesn't orbit the Earth.

The current Bush administration seems to believe that the answer to preventing Teen pregnancy is to recycle Nancy Reagan's catch phrase "Just Say No".

Here is my view on the whole thing. A little latex now is cheaper than a lot of diapers later.
